/ 04 How we work

Six weeks, start to finish. Here’s how it goes.

Fixed timeline. Fixed scope. One shared Slack channel, one PM who actually codes, one senior squad that treats your runway the way we’d treat our own.

Week 0

Listen & shape

We spend two sessions understanding your problem, your users, and what success looks like. By the end, you have a clear product spec — concise enough to explain in two minutes, detailed enough to build from.

Week 1 – 2

Working prototype

By day ten, you're holding something real — a clickable prototype with actual AI models running behind it. Show it to customers, share it with your investors. This isn't a mockup.

Week 3 – 5

Build for production

We write the code your users will run: authentication, payments, infrastructure, monitoring. You get daily Loom updates — no status meetings eating into your calendar.

Week 6

Launch & hand over

We push to production, document everything, and walk your team through the codebase. You get 30 days of support after launch — then the whole thing is yours.
